Ingredients
1 Tin chickpeas (Drained, washed and air dried)
2 peeled garlic cloves
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
Method
Chuck everything except the salt, pepper and chives in a food processor and whiz until smooth. When smooth stir in the chives and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or melba toast and wash down with a crisp dry white wine.
